#TidePods + Febreze from @Influenster's #XOVoxBox!

I've received some really awesome things from Influenster since I became a member.

One of the things I was lucky to receive is a package of Tide Pods + Febreze!

I've seen them at Target and have always thought it'd be cool to try them out. They're more expensive than regular detergent (and since I'm a penny pincher) I haven't ever purchased them. 

Here are my thoughts:

These are totally convenient!

No measuring, no spilling liquid or powder. You just pop a pod into the wash and start it up! Easy.

They're 4 in 1! Detergent, stain remover, brightener, and Febreze refreshener.

The scent is fresh.

My laundry came out so clean and smelling oh so fresh. They're surprisingly effective.

The things I don't care for are the price and that they look so fun that kiddos might mistake them for candy or play with them and make a mess everywhere. If you keep them up high and out of sight, they shouldn't be a problem! And I'm sure you can find coupons galore for these!

I don't know how often I'll purchase these, but they are kind of nice to have on hand for those laundry days I just need a little break!

Montagne Jeunesse Mask in the #RefreshVoxBox from @Influenster!

This Montagne Jeunesse Manuka Honey Peel Off Mask came complimentary from Influenster in the RefreshVoxBox!

I always see these at Target and Walmart and I have even purchased these Montagne Jeunesse masks for friends and family in gift baskets, but I've never tried one myself! I'm glad that Influenster sent one for me to try

here are my thoughts as I'm trying it out:

The smell is sweet. 

It looks exactly like honey. I'm a bit surprised that it doesn't look one bit like the picture.

It's quite sticky but it does apply easily.

After applying and letting it dry, it tingles a bit and it's refreshing!

...waiting...

After 15 minutes it has completely dried out and my face has stiffened. 

I can barely move my mouth....did I apply too much? And I'm wondering how in the heck am I going to peel this off? That's what the instructions say, after all.

So I started rolling it off at my hair line and it peeled off amazingly!  I've used latex in stage makeup classes and this was a similar experience peeling it off. It's weird but kind of cool.

My skin feels so smooth and refreshed. I think I'll rinse with cold water and then apply moisturizer, but overall, I like this stuff! These masks are perfect for a spa day!

I'll be buying this mask again.

Why #ineedshea! Review of L'occitane Shea Butter Comforting Cream from @Influenster

L'occitane Shea Butter Comforting Cream came complimentary for testing purposes in the #RefreshVoxBox from Influenster and I LOVE IT.

Years ago, I work in cosmetics at Nordstorm so I spent plenty of time trying out L'occitane's products.

 I was so happy to get this in the RefreshVoxBox because it would give me a refresher on this great product. 

It's a wonderful moisturizer. The scent is soft and fresh and the formula is smooth and penetrates deep into the skin WITHOUT A GREASY RESIDUE! That's my favorite part of this moisturizer. It's not greasy! I love that it gives my skin that drink of moisture that it so desperately needs this time of year.

The only trouble that I've found is that it is $28 for a 1.7oz container. Kind of steep if you're on a tight little budget like I am. But if you have a coupon code or an employee discount, there you go! Might make it more worth it! ;)

If you're curious about it, stop in at a L'occitane boutique, Nordstrom, or Sephora, and get a sample of this stuff. Odds are you'll be hooked!
